You should be able to make a good selection, with recommended daily intake (lower range for a healthy person, higher dosage for existing disease), from the following list. One or two products (2 — 4 tablets) a day should give you most of these. Look for products that contain as many of the antioxidants as possible and ensure that you don’t have to take eight tablets a day to get enough of everything.
