In my culture, people believe feet are a very important body part from the healthy issue of the whole body health balance. Grandma used to describe these are five important points on our feet which are closely related to vital organs or our body. “So always take your feet warm and comfortable”, my grandma says. “Healthy feet boost a goodinternal health ”. These days, tight outfits and high heels are highly demanded in our working place. It is a kind of way to express who we are and how we work. But what we put ourselves in is a great pressure or danger to ourhealth. I often suffer the pain on my ankle and heel. I hate high heels. Neither I wear it or I lose what I have. (more…)
