I persuade my boyfriend to eat green. He like to make joke of me “meat contain more green because animal had already taken enough green”.Health is the priority. I believe the more green vegetables and fruits we have, the more health we may feel.
Eating green is one solution to keep health. But part of health solution is to get fit. Getting fit is quite hard for a man who has a busy job, a big family and a lot of friends. Many friends who want to lose weight would choose to spend a lot of money to have primary gym membership. I have seen none of them having the time and perseverance to keep going.
Since my boyfriend dislikes eat more green as I do, the only solution is to push him to work hard on his body too keep him fit and health. Most time the job keeps him so busy, So I am really looking for short and intense workouts for him.
I found Turbulence Training for him. He loved it. Each week he only went gym 45 minutes 3 times and the left free time he went backyard. He was quite enjoying the green grasses and the fresh air. Sometimes he went to the playground with the dog.
If somebody who had tried turbulence training would know there are very specific steps to follow in the E-book, for example, the healthy habits plan; you have to stick the food you eat, the workout guidelines, interval guidelines.
