When I was a kid, I was dreaming having my own fairyland with silvery towers and the clouds and many man trees! Trees have many different shades. Fairyland garden groups different tree species with contrasting leaf colours, variegated leaves of gold and green, silver and green, pink and green, and many other colour combinations.

My fairyland always pictures a pleasing display of foliage plants with high mountain in the sun. Grey leaves are a delight to high mountain which soften bright colours to act as a link between different colours. I picture the fairyland place a grey-leaved Aglaonema with a dark-leaved Spathiphyllum with a lighter and softer effect. (more…)

You can add the Flower Remedies to an aromatic bath to augment oral doses of the Remedies and to enhance the effect of the essential oils. Use 5 drops of each chosen Stock Concentrate to the bath water, and 6-8 drops of essential oil.

Secret Aroma Blends

For tiredness and exhaustion, especially in convalescence:

Flower Remedies: Hornbeam or Olive.

I love floral forest, their beautiful colors with these fantastic smells. My therapist told me to bring light floral colors to enhance our positive emotion. Living in the city, it is quite difficult to manage our own colorful floral pots of flowers . But floral colors are easy to obtain. I have a great time to hang up the beautiful light floral colored oil painting in our living room, bedrooms.

I am wondering maybe something I can see through everywhere and every time. To have a positive emotion in the busy city life, light floral colors may heal our pressed heart. (more…)

I am always looking a deep soaking bath which can make my herbal formulas work the best for my body. My grandma has passed me a lot of herbal medicine healing formula which she hoped some day I can pass to my grandchildren.

I have found these soaking herbal healing formulas quite interesting. I have been trying to heal of my patients. But the great challenge I have been facing is the proper bath tub. Most of bath can not hold the water temperature for a long time which I find difficult to keep all my herbal ingredients to release enough healing herbal energy before put on for use. Second, most bath tub is too shallow to comfortably soaking body in. Normally patients have to deep in the water and keep soaking for several hours for a proper treatment. A normal bath tub will be either too shallow or too uncomfortable for a proper treatment. (more…)
