Nail Nourishing Oil

2 tablespoons jojoba oil
2 tablespoons almond oil
15 drops sandalwood essential oil
Combine jojoba oil with almond oil in a 1-ounce glass bottle with a dropper. Add sandalwood essential oil. Shake well to blend.
Massage 3 to 4 drops into nails and cuticles. Buff with a chamois buffer if desired to heighten the natural shine of your nails.
Aromatherapy Body Oil
Smooth a few drops of this massage oil over your entire body immediately after emerging from a shower or bath while your skin is still damp. The oil seals moisture into your skin and creates a protective barrier against dryness.
4 ounces almond oil
2 ounces jojoba oil
50 drops (1/2 teaspoon) essential oil of your choice
Combine the almond and jojoba oils in a glass bottle and add 1/2 teaspoon of the essential oil of your choice. Use one essential oil, or combine 2 or 3 for a total of 1/2 teaspoon. Shake well.
Use as a massage oil, or as a moisturizer after bathing.
Essential Oils for Massage: chamomile, clary sage, geranium, grapefruit, jasmine, lavender, neroli, patchouli, rose, sandalwood, ylang ylang
Silken Body Powder
Body dusting powders add an elegant finishing touch to a bath. They give your skin a silky feel, and absorb excess perspiration.
1 cup arrowroot powder
1/2 cup white cosmetic clay
1/2 cup rose petals or lavender flowers sandalwood, rose, or lavender essential oil
Powder the rose petals or lavender flowers in a clean coffee grinder. Mix the arrowroot, clay, and powdered roses or lavender together.
Add approximately 50 drops of essential oil, and thoroughly mix the oil into the powder with your fingertips. Store in a covered tin or glass jar, and allow the powder to mellow for several days before using.
Apply with a powder puff or soft brush, or package in spice jars with shaker tops.
