Shampoo and condition your hair, and follow with an Herbal Hair Rinse if desired. Shower off using warm water, and finish with an invigorating cool rinse.
  16. Time required: 15 minutes
  17. Pat your skin dry and apply an Aromatherapy Massage Oil or moisturizer while your skin is still damp. Spritz your face with an Aromatherapy Toner and apply an Aromatherapy Facial Oil. Time required: 5 minutes
  18. Soak your hands in an Aromatherapy Nail Soak and clean and push back your cuticles with an orange stick. Trim and file your nails, apply Nail Nourishing Oil, and buff to a gloss.
